My client, a large commercial organisation based in Sydney are recruiting for a Program Manager to run an SAP based program.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the SAP TPM Promotions Solution Scope is delivered to the timetable and budget agreed with the program. The role will involve the re-evaluation of scope for delivery to New Zealand (NZ) in 2018 and to Australia (AU) in 2019 via close stakeholder engagement and re-setting of their expectations.

The role will require production and ongoing update of detailed effort-based planning and budgeting. The role must have hands-on implementation experience of "Promotions functionality" which is the SAP TPM solution and its integration across the SAP landscape specifically across the SAP integrated modules such as S4 HANA, BW, CBP, Hybris E commerce and IBP in the areas of Condition Contracts, Core Pricing, Claims and Rebates.

Responsible for identification, planning and coordination of a set of related projects within a program of business change, to manage their inter-dependencies in support of business strategies and objectives, within authorised time, budget and quality parameters.

You will also have responsibility for the following;

* Maintain a strategic view over the set of projects

* Provide the framework for implementing large-scale change, by conceiving, maintaining and communicating a vision of the outcome of the program

* Agree business requirements, and translation of requirements into operational plans

* Determine, monitor, and review program costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, program resources, inter-dependencies and program risk

* Plan, direct, and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement a program from contract /proposal initiation to final operational stage

* Align the program objectives with business objectives, and authorise the selection and planning of all related projects and activities

* Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the program, ensuring that there are appropriate and effective governance arrangements, supported by comprehensive reporting

* Act as the senior interface with the program sponsor and report progress at significant program milestones.

* Ability to creatively define the project pacing and obtain incremental benefits before the program is complete.
