We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Web Designer (UI/UX) to join a ground breaking, leading global software and IT solutions company based in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire. This role specifically focusses on web platforms and will greatly contribute to the continuous expansion of the company!

As the successful Web Designer (UI/UX), you will boast excellent design and front-end coding skills as well as strong experience within both UI and UX. You will be working in a collaborative and close-knit team to execute all stages of design, from conception to delivery, therefore a cross-functional approach to working is essential.

We are looking for a Web Designer (UI/UX) with a natural flair for visual design and a creative mind, alongside experience with wireframe design, user stories and mock-up development.

Key skills and experience required for the UI/UX Designer:

* Proven experience in UI and UX, with a focus on web platforms and sites

* Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally within small, close-knit teams

* Proven coding experience in the following languages: HTML, HTLM5, CSS, CSS3, JS and jQuery

* Design and development experience of wireframes, user stories and mock-ups

* Excellent visual design skills, as proven by a strong portfolio

* Experience working within an agile environment is preferable.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
