Location: Banbury

Purpose of the role:

* To Support the IT Service Manager with the administration of Telephony services for all UK offices and staff. The Voice Services Administrator is a business and supplier facing role and will be responsible for continually improving the service provided.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

To provide administration and technical support for all aspects of the UK Voice Service. This includes:

* Working with the telephony supplier to ensure that the configuration of the VoIP system at all UK offices is documented and maintained effectively.

* Managing the monthly invoicing for VoIP and Mobile telephony services.

* Budget Management - to assist the IT Service Manager to ensure that voice related costs for each office is documented and shared.

* Responsibility or ensuring the information within the telephony billing system is accurate at all times.

* Managing all customer escalations regarding the VoIP and Mobile telephony service through to conclusion.

* Managing the audio conferencing service. This will include a full review of all accounts and associated actions.

* To produce and share best practice advice on telephony services for their customers ensuring they get the most benefit from their telephones.

* To assist the IT Service Manager with all voice related Service Improvements.

* To work with the IT Service Manager and supplier to review and update voice related procedures.

* To take ownership in resolving issues escalated from the IT Service Desk in order to ensure all escalations are adequately resolved in a timely fashion

* Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.

* Excellent Telephone manner

* Experience of telephony billing systems

* Strong process and data analysis skills

* Strong Microsoft office skills particularly Excel

* Skilled in documenting processes and procedures

* Process orientated
