We have the pleasure of exclusively recruiting for a rapidly growing ISP & software house in Peterborough. My client is looking for Technical Support Apprentice to join their growing team.

This role is suited to an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is looking to take their first steps towards becoming a Technical Support Engineer. If you have a passion for IT, with an analytical thought process, then this could be the perfect role to kick start your career. This is the ideal starting role to moving through the ranks, from 1st Line, all the way through to 3rd line and on.

You will be part of the Support team, whose typical day will involve raising & diagnosing cases within SLA's. You will start with 1st line support queries, until you're ready to tackle more complex 3rd line issues.

Daily tasks will involve keeping on top of the support/phone calls, ensuring every case has customer contact. You should feel comfortable communicating effectively & confidently with customers of all levels.
