Oracle Functional Consultant (EBS)

Skills Requirements:

* Level SM/M

* Excellent knowledge in CRM (Service Contracts, Install Base), OM Modules Modules

* Specialist in IB module in Configuration and setups

* Experience in Implementation / Upgrade Projects

* Should have knowledge of all OM - IB - Service Contract constants & configurations

* Should have worked in R12.1versions upgrade/implementation projects in highly customized environments

* Ability to provide time bound resolutions to all CRM, OM, purchase & inventory integrities

* Should have exposure to all OM, CRM related interface programs

* IB implementation experience who can review the setups and suggest if errors encountered could be resolved through setups and not just continuous data fixes.

* Must have demonstrated expertise in modelling and documenting business processes (AS-IS, TO-BE)

* Ability to professionally articulate business requirements into design documentation

* Must have ability to lead team discussions, solicit input, facilitate decisions in professional manner

* Must have the ability to multi-task and organize effectively to meet client expectations working as part of a larger team

* Great organizational and time management

* Meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure

* Adaptable to different client work environments
