Lead Front-End Developer (AngularJS/ReactJS/HTML5/CSS3)

£45,000 - £65,000 + benefits

My client is a world famous engineering company that is changing the way that we interact with everyday items through its use of technology; as a result of massive growth throughout the business they're now growing the digital development team and are looking for a Lead Front-End Developer with experience of managing a team.

You'll be acting as Technical Lead for a high traffic, consumer facing web application whist managing a team of experienced developers. You'll either already be working as a Lead Developer or be in a Senior Developer position where you have the chance to mentor and recruit junior members of the team.

You will be fluent in a number of modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly Angular and React, with at least 5 years commercial experience in front-end development for an enterprise-scale web application.

About you…

* 5+ years commercial experience in Front-End/UI development

* Experience with AngularJS and React is essential (though any JS experience would be considered)

* Demonstrable experience having mentored junior developers

* Hybris experience, or solid experience using an eCommerce tool, would be beneficial

* An ability to produce clean, high quality code in a fast paced, agile environment
