Booming & Innovative SME Engineering Business in Cardiff, has experienced large amounts of company growth from lots of success within international markets. Due to this recent success, the business is now looking to recruit the skills of a Technical Business Analyst or Product Owner.

Being a Technical Business Analyst, you will work very closely with customers, stakeholders and senior management as well as a very talented software development team. The purpose of your role is to review the company's requirement backlog, products which have become the company's signature and highly desired within their marketplace. Once the requirement backlog has been reviewed, requirements need to be gathered and finally created into User Stories.

What skills will make you a suitable Technical Business Analyst?

1 Currently or previously employed as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.

2 Experience within requirement backlogs, requirement gathering & user stories.

What skills will secure you an interview?

1 Currently focussing on product development.

2 Capable of working within agile environments, or an agile way of working, i.e. SCRUM.

*** We are considering candidates from ranges of experience, whether you're a Technical Business Analyst or Product Owner with 2-3 years commercial experience, or a Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager with 8-10 years' experience. ***
