Site Manager - Medium Size Main Contractor

Manchester

£19 per hour

The Medium Size Main Contractor are seeking a Site Manager to join their managerial team, to work upon a range of Social Housing refurbishment & maintenance schemes situated across the Greater Manchester area

Projects will consist of social housing decent homes & planned/reactive maintenance works, in conjunction with a leading housing association and local authorities

This Site Manager position offers the opportunity to join a growing managerial team working upon a variety of projects across differing sectors.

This position offers a generous competitive market salary alongside the opportunity to progress through the divisions of the managerial team.

SMSTS

First Aid

Fire Protection Installation certification (desirable)

This is a temporary to permanant position working for a contractor who has pipeline business for the next 5 years.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 42.50 hours a week
