Active Directory User Administrator

Our client are a reputable IT services provider, supplying into the financial sector. They are currently searching for an experienced Active Directory User Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

*Administer security on Active Directory, including but not limited to;

*add/change/delete accounts,

*add/change/delete group profiles.

*Processing New users, Leavers, and Dormancy

*Create accounts for new users across a variety of other different environments and applications

*Modify user accounts to add or remove access

*Develop and construct security groups that give access to various resources

*Assist with resolving security related issues or problems

*Maintain confidentiality on all sensitive security matters

*Able to communicate on complex issues to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations.

*Evaluate escalations and resolve appropriately to ensure customer demands are met.

*Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.

*Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.
