IT Support Engineer - Windows, Firewalls, Office 365, IT Support

This is a great opportunity to work for an award winning growing multi-brand business near Portsmouth. My client is currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support and must have 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role. This is a hands-on role but every day is different and challenging so we are looking for an IT Support Engineer who is adaptable and capable of multitasking.

Working hours are 9am - 6pm but occasional visit to the London office and overseas travel based on company expenses would be required.

Essential skills for the IT Support Engineer:

·Good Firewalls experience

·Windows 2012 and Windows 2016

·Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365

·Must have experience in 1st, 2nd and some 3rd Line Support

Desirable skills for the Systems Administrator:

·VMware

·SQL Server

·Microsoft Azure

This is a fast-paced environment and will require a strong Systems Administrator who can collaborate effectively with excellent communication skills at all levels. You will be provided with world-class training.
