AGILE PLM IT Expertise & Support (French must)

Context:
Technicolor Connected Home has done the Go Live of the new PLM system.
This aims at replacing the legacy applications developed by Technicolor for the Connected Home division, by the ORACLE AGILE PLM application. Beyond the replacement of the IT solution, the business objective is to deeply transform the development of the products, to harmonize the Engineering, NPI, Sourcing processes, and to improve the product costing. Scope includes 500 users (incl. 100 external partners), Product Collaboration and Product Cost Management modules, main sites are located in US (Indy, Atlanta), France (Rennes, Paris), Belgium (Edegem), and China (Beijing).
Role:
The goal of the mission is to secure the transition and help the TCH PLM IT team (3 people).
It includes in particular:
- Global application maintenance and sustaining : monitoring & administration, issues, break-fix, evolutions
- Analysis, development, tests and support for improvements
- Analysis and testing to validate business scenarios and application impacts
- Providing Level 2 support, escalating for Level 3, problem solving
Can also support:
- Development and maintenance of dashboards & reports (BI)
- Customization and development
- Maintenance of the SAP interface
Profile:
This position requires technical expertise and experience in ORACLE AGILE PLM and tools, Windows, SQL Oracle DB. Experience in the PCM module in particular is a plus.
