Senior SQL Server DBA (T-SQL, SSIS}

My client based in Hull are seeking an experienced Senior SQL Server DBA (SQL Server 2005/2008, T-SQL, SSIS) to join their busy Support team.

As part of a highly productive team you will provide Database Analysis, support and Administration duties including; Performance Tuning, Writing T-SQL , Stored procedures, as well as using SSIS and the main Microsoft BI/Data tools. As well as the day to day DBA duties you will also have the opportunity to lead a growing team and mentor junior and less experienced DBA's within the Data function.

The essential skills to be considered for this role are as follows;

*SQL Server 2008/2012

*SSIS

*T-SQL

*Performance tuning experience

*Backup and Recovery experience

To be successful in this role you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
