ERP Business Consultant - Antwerp - Attractive salary package + Benefits

My client is looking to expand his project as well as his customer service team, they are looking for an ERP Business Consultant for their office in the region of Antwerp.

Job description :

* Within the company you are the point of contact for the customer during the implementation.

* You lead and coordinate the different aspects of a project.

* You have built up analytical skills and sufficient business experience to map complex business processes together with the customer.

* You also have a great interest in IT in general and ERP applications with features such as logistics, supply chain, production, accounting, marketing, document and workflow management, business intelligence and task management in particular.

* Your customers are located throughout Belgium.

Your role :

* You make an inventory and an analysis of the different business processes with the customer.

* You advise him on the most optimal settings to realize these processes.

* You guide users during the various steps of the implementation project.

* You set up functional specifications for your client with regard to customized solutions or you look for solutions in the existing functions and customisations of the package.

* You coordinate the members of the project team on the performance of other tasks

* You communicate clearly with your colleagues and your clients

Your Profile :

* It is preferable to have a university degree in business administration.

* You have experience in a position at the cutting edge of ICT and business processes on the part of the customer or supplier

* knowledge of ERP software and projects are a clear added value

* You are able to get to know the business quickly, both the "big picture" and the small details

* You like to work out solutions that allow the user to efficiently handle his tasks

* You have strong communication skills
