The Role:
The Company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, which is a newly created role, to manage their Marketing function. They have recently upgraded their Product direction with a Head of Product Management and upgraded Customer Operations with a new Head but now want to transform their Marketing team by adding a new Head and additional team members.
The new person will be able to demonstrate a track record of B2B and B2B2C plus B2C marketing approaches with a solid digital focus.
This role will manage all of their digital and social media marketing activities e.g. Facebook, Web content, LinkedIn and Twitter, plus whatever additional assets they want to utilise, and will work with their Communications Manager. The initial job will be to rebuild their website; which needs a branding, visual and content overhaul. They will also want to grow their social media engagement through increasing followers, adding relevant content and building advocacy.
The job will build and develop digital assets for their sales teams and customers, will manage in-app messaging and promotions, and will handle all paid search. The person will also manage and commission all the promotional video material and be responsible for disseminating these assets and any local material that is needed.
The individual will be part of a 3 person team but will have access to admin support from the wider Commercial team. This is a build your role position as their marketing has lagged behind product development and requires some-one able to work at pace and deliver results and impact.
Their goal is to build their UK market share, expand internationally, grow their product offerings into data and analytics, build a team of like-minded committed individuals.
While they are a healthcare company they value Marketing skills above Healthcare knowledge. They also value digital and social skills above the traditional marketing mix.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be the tip of their digital customer strategy, for all their offerings and markets, a key member of the Commercial Team and one of the public faces of their team.

* Entrepreneurial and capable of working in a dynamic scale-up/SME environment
* Digital marketing skills and proven results, web, social and app
Desirable:
* Working knowledge of the NHS
* International market experience in US, Germany, Australia, Canada
* Experience on product launches, especially digital
