Digital Transformation Director / London / £105,000

I'm looking for a Digital Transformation Director to join a growing company which has the expertise, knowledge and opportunity to boost your career in Delivery & Consultation.

My client are a multi-national business & IT consulting services organisation with clients across a wide range of sectors; Retail, Finance, Defence, Engineering & Legal.

The role itself will be based from their London office; and will involve an element of travel to client sites & other offices where necessary.

As the Director of Digital Transformation you will be at the forefront of creating relationships across a range of stakeholders, including C-suite both internally & externally.

You will be able to put your own stamp on this role and be in a position to lead an established team, as well as help to grow the Emerging technology practice across the organisation as a whole.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of one or more of the following areas;

* Agile

* DevOps

* Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics.

* Customer Experience (Pre-Sales focused)

* Employee Experience (Building a team in a greenfield project).

Within the Digital Transformation function, as the Director you will be expected to engage in converting opportunities with existing and new clients into working relationships and sales by providing a subject matter expertise to the clients on technologies that are becoming available for their upcoming projects and the value that the organisation can add to those processes.

In return, you will be offered a package which is fitting for the position advertised;

Salary: £95,000 - £105,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus (10%-20% dependent on performance)
