£45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Holidays + Pension + Benefits

Are you looking for a highly autonomous senior role where you will manage a skilled team and lead CI & LEAN projects for a world leading manufacturing company?

This is an opportunity to use your knowledge and skillset to play a pivotal part in the growth & success of a large manufacturing site near inverness.

This company specialise in the manufacturing of specialist Engineering materials. They are a world leading company and you will join them as an Operations Excellence Manager. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement projects as you see fit and immerse yourself in a challenging but rewarding role.

This role would suit a previous CI or Operations Excellence Manager with LEAN & Man management experience.

The Role:

-Identify and develop opportunities for performance improvement

-Lead continuous improvement teams & strategic projects

-Implement LEAN programs and activities

The Candidate:

-Previous people management & coaching experience

-Knowledge of LEAN and CI techniques

-A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to implement change
