Excellent opportunity for a Preconstruction Manager looking to work for a market leading company where you have the chance to progress while working alongside blue chip companies.
Do you have experience in preconstruction management? Do you want to be responsible for cradle to grave projects with blue chip clients?
Established for over 20 years, this market leading company specialise in the delivery of industrial projects for a variety of industries, but mainly utilities. They work with the country's most important utilities companies alongside a range of industry leading clients to deliver projects involving the whole country.
As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will be packages/tenders from initial client meeting through to the pre-contract stage which will include working with design development, estimating, technical evaluation, assembling documentation for tender, contract agreement through to hand over of the Operational team.
The role would therefore suit an experienced Preconstruction manager from a water/utilities background. You must be a strong communicator who is able to manage and deliver a large range of projects.
The Role;
*Working with other departments to deliver projects on time
*Being a main point of contact for the client
*Working on Piping Installation and Water Projects
*£50,000 - £55,000 + Pension + Healthcare

* Excellent organization skills and must be a self-starter
