Capacity / Resource Manager - SC Cleared

As the Capacity/Resource Manager you will be responsible for managing the resource requirement for Programmes supported by the PMO. Resources required by the programmes need to be accurately captured and managed and resources provided in a timely manner to ensure success.

Responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing all aspects of the resource requirements process

-Master Resource list/database and production of resource organisation charts.

-Resourcing - SQEP, numbers, organisation and future requirements.

-Adherence to current governance processes

-MI and Reporting (Initially manning levels, costs, current and planned, contract status)

-Monitor MS project and EPM plans to ensure resources allocated to tasks are correct and justified by planned outputs.

-Liaise with the process lead to ensure the Master resource requirement database is accurate, captures all requirements - current and planned.

-Monitor production of contract paper work

-Document and manage the processes for resource acquisition with a view to streamlining and improving the process where possible
