Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1st Line Support, £30,000 base salary, London, Microsoft Gold Partner.

My client are a Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking for a Dynamics CRM 1st Line support consultant due to growth within the company. Being involved in the membership sector focusing purely on Microsoft Dynamics my client have got an excellent reputation for the quality of the solutions they deliver.

You will be responsible for supporting multiple clients based primarily in the membership sector you will be required to build long lasting relationships with your clients, whilst troubleshooting 1st line issues. You will be on a personalised mentor plan whilst progressing to support technical issues.

To be considered for this position you will ideally have:

* Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM versions 2015, 2016 and 365

* Experience troubleshooting 1st line issues with Dynamics CRM, exposure to 2nd line is desirable

* The ability to train users on CRM via Skype and group sessions

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
