My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Project Lead, Network Delivery on a initial contract basis.

This teams core focus is on network set up, certification & deployment processes for all Proprietary Acquirers and Network participants (terminal providers, merchants, processors, network issuers & acquirers) ensuring participants are able to transact successfully within the Network.

This role is defined within the realms of the Payments Industry space. Specifically, POS terminals and host links with other financial partners, banks and along with POS terminal vendors and their associated connectivity.

Responsibilities:

* Ensuring external network participants/Business Partners can connect to the Network and successfully process transactions.

* Build relationships with Internal and External Business Partners and various technology groups, supporting installation of network connectivity and implementation of authorisation and submission solutions.

* To review, message and file testing/certification, capacity planning, and cost analysis.

* Ensuring products/services are supported as part of the testing/certification process inclusive of Financial Settlement, Authorisations, Reconciliation Reports and other miscellaneous file transfers.

* Successful candidate will also be required to drive both regional and global projects/implementations with high profile customers.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

* Proven business analysis and project planning experience including strong problem solving and analytical skills.

* Proven collaborative skills and experience leading without authority to influence internal partners.

* Must be able to communicate effectively with external business partners and various internal cross teams at both a technical and business level.

* Solid oral and written communication skills.

* Strong knowledge of authorisation and/or submissions processing and Connectivity methods.

* Knowledge of telecommunications and networking components including: TCP/IP & FTP, Router capabilities, VPN, Frame Relay and Web Services are pluses.

* Demonstrated ability to support multiple high profile projects simultaneously in a fast paced multi-time zoned environment.

* Practical experience with Change Management and IT Service Catalogue.

* Ability to learn and support automated tools and environments.
