£60,000-£75,000 base salary + OTE (£100,000-£120,000)

The ideal candidate for this role is someone that has sold and managed a team around software solutions, ideally SaaS. In addition to your sales skills, you'll need to be able to understand the customers often complex requirements in order to construct a deal and sell the benefits to heads of business as well as the ability and desire to work in a dynamic environment. My client provides expert advice and IT solutions and with their Microsoft Gold Partner status, you will be sure to have your foot in the door of an organisation where you will be challenged yet rewarded.

This position has high earning potential for a driven, talented and experienced Senior IT Sales Professional. You will be managing the team of Renewals providing support to enable the team to succeed and to grow and the main responsibilities of this role will include:

* Running programmes related to upselling

* Passing on leads to Account Management, Partner Account Managers and suited positions

* Selling digital workplace solutions

* Engaging with heads of business

* Managing large sales targets

* Maintaining a strong market image for the company

* Follow up with prospects/leads and send them relevant information and marketing collateral to assist the sales process.

* Working to your own initiative and with the sales team

* Utilising email on a daily basis to communicate through different time zones

My client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who ideally has experience:

* Solid experience within a sales role in the IT field/Digital Workplace solutions market

* 2-3 years experience managing an entire sales cycle

* A track record of quota achievement success

* Strong client facing and communication skills

* Experience of managing sales targets of around 1 million pound per annum

* Strong client facing and interpersonal skills

* Experience with Microsoft technologies
