SC/DV Cleared 2nd Line Analyst - Service Desk
Outside of IR35
Milton Keynes

£200-£228 per day
My Government Client required an experienced 2nd Line Analyst to join their Service Desk team. The role is required to provide technical support primarily for Office365, 365 Azure AD & AD FS but also supporting our other technologies and applications. Acting as the point of contact for Incidents and Service Requests raised by end Customers via the Service Operations Service Desk function.
Essential:
*The jobholder will need to be flexible, adaptable and willing to work where needed to meet Customer demands and thereby gain a broader skill set and wider business perspective.
*Previous experience of working within the Service Desk, Incident and Request Fulfillment process disciplines.
*Good personal planning and organisational skills (attention to detail).
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft O/S and applications, including but not limited to Office365, 365 Azure AD, AD FS plus general server and networking technologies.
*An understanding of Central Government and OGD systems and HM Government security regulations.
Desirable:
*ITIL Foundation Certificate, preferably ITIL V3.
*SQL database knowledge
*Knowledge of IT Service Management toolsets i.e. Service Now and HP Service Manager (SM9).
