Service Delivery Manager (Security Patching) - London - 3 Month Contract

My client, a large technology and outsourcing organisation are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join them in London on a 3 month role contract basis with a view to extending up to 12 months. The position will initially be based in Canary Wharf but will move to Stratford in September 2018.

Role Purpose:

* The planning, implementation, control, review and audit of service provision, to meet customer business requirements. This includes negotiation, implementation and monitoring of service level agreements, and the ongoing management of operational facilities to provide the agreed levels of service, seeking continually and proactively to improve service delivery and sustainability targets.

* The overall financial management, control and stewardship of the IT assets and resources used in the provision of IT services, ensuring compliance with all governance, legal and regulatory requirements.

* The overall management and control of the operation of formal contracts between own organization and suppliers, for supply of products and services.

Required Skills:

* Candidates should have a strong Service Delivery background.

* Experience of Security Vulnerability analysis and resolution would also be beneficial.

* Change management ownership will also be part of the position so any prior experience would be of interest.

* Prior exposure to gap analysis of Contract vs Actual Security Patching status, and owning corrective actions.

* Candidates should also be eligible and willing to undergo a background check prior to going on site.
