The role of Senior Product Manager

The Digital Transformation Unit is leading digital transformation at the FCO, making our public services digital by default. Your important work will contribute to the delivery of services to British people abroad when they need help. Joining as a Senior Product Manager, you will devise and iterate our consular services product backlogs and roadmap, work with external technical suppliers, and champion for user needs as well work closely with operational and policy teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to own the end-to-end product development process. You will have to opportunity to develop a career in government digital as part of the wider Digital, Data and Technology community.

What we are looking for

Flexible, adaptable and resilient, you are an experienced web professional with significant experience of delivering high-quality public-facing websites within a context of business/IT/digital transformation. You will have strong product and project management skills. You will be confident and experienced in date driven design and in managing a project end-to-end from gathering user needs to delivery and iteration.
