Established cyber security software house, on a mission to eliminate the threat of malware, is seeking a Support Engineer with a range of skills and a passion for providing first class support to customers. You will be playing a key role in assisting customers with their deployment, integration and usage of the company's malware reduction product, using your strong networking skills to solve complex software issues and help integrate solutions into external clients systems.

As a Support Engineer you will be taking on a range of responsibilities including; taking calls from customers and handling a variety of support situations, receiving tickets, logging issues and diagnosing and liaising with the engineering teams and the external clients' tech teams to resolve deployment and diagnosing issues.

Requirements:

*Strong Linux skills (and ideally Windows)

*Experience providing exceptional support to clients covering a range of support issues

*Experience with Web Browsers, HTML, SSL, Virtualisation and network diagnosis tools (such as Wireshark)

*Understanding of Network monitoring and Firewalls

*Excellent communication skills

*Desirable: Routing and Switching
