Compliance Analyst - Insurance

I am currently working with a specialist General Insurance company, based in Central London who are looking to expand their Brexit Programme. This role will work closely with the Group Compliance function and require maintaining relationships with Regulatory and Supervisory bodies.

Role requirements;

* Ensuring that the companys Compliance Strategy is in line with its broader strategic objectives.

* Oversee the Conduct Risk framework and associated policies and procedure in conjunction with management and the business.

* Managing relationships with the Prudential Regulation Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority and Lloyds of London (and relevant overseas regulators).

* Reporting to the governing bodies in relation to the management of compliance risk including the provision of all relevant management information to allow key decision making to be undertaken.

* Providing advice to the governing bodies on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

* Working with HR, develop and implement relevant and timely compliance education and training.

Profile requirements;

* Good understanding of the general insurance industry and ideally the Lloyds market.

* Compliance Advisory/Conduct risk experience direct within the Insurance market.

* Excellent communication skills with Senior Stakeholders and Regulatory bodies. This includes challenging decisions from stakeholders as well as being challenged directly.

* Experience of solving problems and delivering solutions to the business.
