At NGA Human Resources, we know digital HR transformation is the future. And, as we’re winning new Enterprise deals all the time, we’re looking for a number of Project Managers, Lead Specialists, for SAP SuccessFactors. As a tool it’s revolutionising how HR teams deliver their talent, recruiting, performance, learning, compensation and total workforce management needs for their entire Cloud HCM suite. But we don’t need to tell you that. That’s what you’ll be here to do for our customers. Something they, and we, will thank you for.

What you’ll do

Our worldwide customers appreciate that implementing a system like SAP SuccessFactors is a huge undertaking. It takes specialist knowledge. And that’s where you come in. You’ll put our customers needs’ first as you seamlessly implement SAP SuccessFactors products into their business. Managing numerous key stakeholders and service partners / vendors, you’ll provide leadership to the cross-functional teams who’ll be expected to deliver on time, on budget and to the highest standards. From helping customers secure buy-in with comprehensive business proposals, to setting budgets and targets for productivity and from securing much needed client-side resources to preparing accurate financial reporting, you’ll do what’s needed to see the project is rolled-out without a hitch.

What we’ll need from you

You’re a seasoned Project Manager who has overseen 2 full lifecycle implementations for SAP SuccessFactors within Cloud HCM environments. And, if you can back this by any formal associate qualifications, all the better. Great with customers, prospects and project teams alike, you’re quick to build relationships, but have the ability to respectfully challenge when needed. Superbly organised, you can also juggle often conflicting requirements. As a global business, any additional European language to English is a plus, but what we really need is someone who’s used to co-ordinating global teams and willing to travel (not every week, but a significant amount). We’re also looking for someone who’s highly-motivated and self-driven as we’re open to flexible working - whether that’s remote, from home or at our Hemel Office. To us, it’s productivity that counts, not where you work.

What we’ll give back in return

We care about our customers, which means we give them our all. That’s why we like to reward you for a job well done by giving you a highly competitive basic salary and bonus. We also offer a pension, life assurance and private healthcare, as well as a whole host of flexible benefits tailored to you. And let’s not forget the downtime. You’ll get 25 days’ annual leave, plus 3 days Christmas shutdown to start. But it’s not just about rewards. We celebrate our differences and look to fulfil your potential. We actively promote from within and our take pride in providing the kind of training and development that allows our people to grow.
