1st Line Support Engineer / Product Support Engineer (Windows Linux Mac SaaS). Utilise and develop your 1st Line Support Engineer knowledge within a highly technical software house where you will be solving problems and learning new skills. You will receive continuous support and training on the company's products, services and technology allowing you to deal with increasingly complex tickets with confidence.

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, joining the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional 1st line technical support on their flagship SaaS product to a global customer base. You will be taking ownership of the customer's issues from beginning to end and will be dealing with a wide variety of support tickets which will cover underlying infrastructure, cloud services, firewalls, proxy servers and more.

Based in Cambridge city centre, you will be joining a collaborative and highly motivated team where you can enjoy a number of perks and a good work life balance. You will be required to work a variety of shifts which range from a 09:00 start to a 22:00 finish.

Requirements:

*Good working knowledge of at least one major operating system (Windows, Linux, Mac OS)

*Comfortable supporting users via ticketing systems, live chat and telephone

*Able to learn quickly, adapt to frequent change and work independently when necessary

*Excellent oral and written communication skills

*Experience supporting an SaaS or software product highly desirable

*Strong problem solving abilities
