The objective of the ITST programme is to manage the activities required to successfully transition technology infrastructure services from an incumbent supplier to a new service provider.

The pillars identified for delivery are:

* Data centre

* Network and security combined with below)

* End user computing

* SIAM and service desk

* Organisational Change

This specification relates to the SIAM and Service Desk pillar.

Working to right-sized PRINCE2 standards to set-up, identify and engage internal resources including local Subject Matter Experts. Run projects to completion handing over and embedding assets and process successfully to the operational business.

Some of these projects require the assembly and application of acceptance criteria to assure 3rd party delivery matches expectations and protect the Trust from unexpected failure to meet requirements and deliver pre-planned benefits. Some projects will require the identification of detailed requirements followed by design and delivery of activities to meet these requirements.
