Company client is representing a well know Financial Services Client in Worthing, West Sussex for a Compliance Officer.

Client is a fast paced Consumer Credit business with a large market share in their particular field. They boast a track record of acquiring some of the more exciting businesses across Europe and have ambitious growth plans moving forward.

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for providing, advice, guidance, and leadership on compliance to the wider business in line with the regulatory atmosphere of the industry.

The role requires an understanding of regulation, particularly in the consumer credit sector, key regulatory drivers for this role are CONC, Data Protection, Treating Customers Fairy and DISP rules.

The Compliance Officer will have key working relationships across the business and be a point of contact for all Compliance queries with the support of a wider Group function. It is important that you have the aptitude to learn but to also influence.

Please note that there is a strict budget for this position and candidates must have FCA experience, unfortunately no sponsorship is available.
