Agile Coach (DV Cleared) required for a leading global security company with offices in London. The successful candidate will work on exciting and prominent programmes and lead teams in understanding and driving Scrum/Agile development. The Agile Coach will need to have the ability to teach, mentor and coach highly skilled technical staff.

To be successful in obtaining this role, applicants must already hold DV level clearance

How you will make a difference

** Technical Degree preferred and/ or equivalent relevant experience

** 10 to 15 years of broad technical experience, with concentration in the design, development, integration, implementation, and operations of complex large-scale information systems and technologies

** Must have a minimum of 5-10 years Agile experience leading teams

** Must have 3 years’ experience giving tutorials and/or training

** Practical experience/knowledge of leading and coaching Agile teams and program in a software systems environment

** Practical experience/knowledge of working with customers, program managers, and functional managers to communicate and mentor them in their role in an Agile environment

** Practical experience/knowledge of end-to-end Agile Engineering experience from across the value stream

** Skills in influencing and negotiation methods and techniques

** A good understanding of available and emerging IT technologies and how the IT technology supports our customers

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

** Effective communicator, capable of effectively translating and presenting complex concepts to both technical and non-technical management and customers, through presentations and written media

** Requirements interpretation, definition, and allocation

** Risk identification and mitigation

** Ability to teach, mentor and coach highly skilled technical staff

** Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and their application to agile programs

** Experience with transitioning teams from waterfall to agile methods and practices

** Certification in one or more of these designations is preferred

** Certified Agile Coach

** Certified Product Owner (CPO)

** Project Management Professional (PMP)

** Certified Scrum Practitioner or Certified Scrum Master/Professional Scrum Master 1 with PMI-ACP certification, or similar.

Desirable criteria:

** Advanced technical degree (Master’s and/or PhD) desirable

** Mastery of systems engineering discipline, to include proven practical experience within large programs

** Project Management experience in Lean/Agile environments desirable

** Experience of working with UK government desirable
