Project Manager (M&E) / Data Centres / Contract / London/DublinAn organisation specialising Data centres is looking for an M&E Project Manager who can work on a data centre in London for 3 months and then in Dublin for 6 months on a contract basis.The successful candidate could have the potential to manage a couple of projects within the first six months which could potentially go up to two years and must have the ability to work well under pressure.Responsibilities:

'€¢This individual will have the ability to manage themselves and make decisions on a standalone basis'€¢M&E experince'€¢Client liaison is paramount in this role as you will be working with large Blue Chip clients  '€¢Supply Chain Management (site level)'€¢Budget management and cost control with a track record of saving time and money'€¢Health and Safety management '€¢Coordinating the team to meet deadlines '€¢Problem solving throughout the project '€¢Building its comprehensive work plan and managing project progress reporting'€¢Managing material processes '€¢Provide project feedback reports to aid improvement and development Key skills and qualifications'€¢Experience working for a main contractor, client side or for a consultancy'€¢3+ years' experience in Data Centre projects '€¢Time management and organisation'€¢Strong communication skills both written and oral'€¢Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project/Power project/Primavera/Asta Power Project etc
