Business Systems Manager (EDI, Oracle)

£40,000 - £50,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Medical + Dental + Pension + Bonus

Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Are you a Business Systems specialist and looking to join an expanding company as the technical lead to bring in a new Oracle system? You will have full autonomy to develop EDI and ERP systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to take control of the EDI and ERP systems with freedom to make improvements and develop as you see fit using your technical expertise. The role will grow as the company continues to invest and expand it's operation.

The company are a specialist in AV equipment and following a merger are updating their systems with lots of investment and growth opportunities. It's a great time to get on board and progress in your career.

This would suit someone with good knowledge of EDI systems looking to step into a leadership role with more freedom to develop systems in company that are investing in the business.

The Role:

-Manage the implementation of Oracle EDI / ERP system

-Develop the system to maximise performance for the company

-Use the following tools (training can be provided): Exel Efacs, Oracle EBS, MS SQL, Java, PL/SQL, XML, Python, VB, Linux, Windows, Unix

-Manage systems following the upgrade

The Person:

-Experience with EDI systems

-Programming experience in Java, PL/SQL, XML, Python, VB or related

-Good organisational experience to work in project based environment

-Looking to be technical lead and have creative freedom in their role
