Salesforce Delivery Manager - London

One of our most prominent partner clients in London is looking to hire a Salesforce Delivery Manager. They have decided that they need someone with extensive consulting and industry experience to work with a team to solve business issues. As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for ensuring project objectives are met and exceeded while managing within a stated time scope so that release plans are met.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

* Have previous CRM consulting experience and hands-on experience using Salesforce.com (+3 years Salesforce experience)

* Must have experience implementing Salesforce enterprise projects

* Must have experience with Salesforce.com configuration

* Manage budgets, timelines, resources, planning and status reporting

* Manage the relationship between client and communications

* Create thorough project plans that meet the requirements of the customer

* Be involved in training, design and delivery with other team members

* Create and preserve relationships with key project stakeholders

* Create future project roadmaps

* Be able to lead different enterprise-wide engagements and successfully handle client escalations

* Have extensive previous experience in manging project teams
