Commercial Manager - SC Cleared

2 Commercial Managers are required for a Client based in Corsham. Managing a number of contracts that are due to expire and upcoming new contracts to support the programme.

Responsibilities:

-Develop cost effective programmes, procurement & support strategies

-To procure Goods and Services in line with business requirements

-Manage contracts & contract documentation in accordance with current EU and UK Law, Departmental Regulations, Government Policy and Government Strategies

-Ensure the approvals and assurance processes are applied with rigour to all Proposed Procurements

-To monitor supplier performance

-Provide commercial advice to Stakeholders
