Software Development Engineer - Web

Come and help us build a greenfield project using the latest web technologies delivered using Amazon Cloud. We’re looking for passionate, creative developers who are excited about solving new problems. As a full stack developer, you will work with everything from the front end HTML, CSS and Javascript to the back end RESTful services and underlying database, all hosted in the Cloud.

We are looking for experienced and driven engineers that can work in an agile way across the business giving you an opportunity to influence new processes in and outside the team.

We expect to see:

-Solid programming skills and a track record of getting stuff done

-Experience in our stack (React, Node and AWS)

-Strong understanding of and passion for user experience

-Up-to-date knowledge of modern HTML, CSS and JS

-Experience of working with high availability RESTful APIs and other HTTP services

-Experience of working within an enterprise environment

-Working collaboratively, able to communicate effectively and commitment to be part of a successful team

We like to see (but not required):

-Experience of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL on multiple projects
