Exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager at a rapidly expanding aerospace company working from their Cwmbran site, offering a competitive salary plus a full package.The Company:My client is a global aerospace powerhouse known for their excellence, innovation and reliability. As a global leader, they are seeking a highly capable Engineering Manager, who is able to efficiently manage client accounts and projects from conceptualisation and design through to the final delivery of the product on time and within budget. Prior experience working in aerospace/interiors/seating is desirable but not essential. Would also consider from any complex design/development/delivery environment (eg Auto)Engineering Manager Role-          Management of cross functional teams-          Management of engineering delivery teams-          Monitor control and costs-          Responsible for schedule adherence-          No technical governance, purely focused on deliveryProject Manager Requirements:

'€¢Bachelor's/HNC/HND or experience in technical roles'€¢Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions'€¢Strong planning skills'€¢Interpersonal/people management skills'€¢Experienced in Project/Delivery/Engineering Management'€¢PMP/Prince2 and MS Projects accreditation desirable but not essential
