ERP and Business Systems Manager

We are one of Gloucestershire’s longest established providers of IT and Communications Services (ICT). We are looking for an ERP & Business Systems Manager, as we embark on one of the largest and most complex IT transformations the business has undertaken in its 32-year history.

You will have full responsibility and accountability for the development, delivery, integration and ongoing management of ConnectWise Business Software and other key back office applications. You will liaise with key stakeholders and will take a lead for all service delivery aspects of the ERP systems and oversee the implementation of all projects.

What will you be doing

You will lead the deployment, integration and ongoing management of several software applications, including, but not limited to:

SAP - Accounts / Finance

ConnectWise - Various modules covering IT Service

Management, Sales Process, Purchasing, Invoicing and HR   

MyPSU - Bespoke in-house web-portal

aBILLity - Union Street billing software

Qliksense - Business Intelligence

Mitel Phone System

Key Responsibilities

Accountable for the implementation, integration and management of ERP and various internal software applications

Application vendor management

To lead, coach and mentor all key internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of performance.

Keep abreast of application developments, making continual improvement recommendations about systems integration opportunities

Assist with the design and production of Business Intelligence information, mined from data held within the various applications

To undertake any other duties deemed appropriate

What would make you a good fit for this role

With a successful track record in outstanding delivery, you will demonstrate the following:

Proven hands on project delivery across a variety of technologies, 5 years +

Demonstrable leadership in leading complex problem analysis

Ability to engage, collaborate and influence both technical and non-technical audience

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, project manage and achieve deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail

Proven working knowledge of project delivery concepts such as waterfall and agile methodologies

Excellent analytical, reporting and decision-making skills
