IT Support Technician / 1st Line

£24,000 + Bonus + Paid Overtime + Private Health + Company Benefits

Do you have 1st Line experience and looking to progress at your own pace into 2nd and 3rd line roles? You will get excellent on the job training and take on new skills when you are ready.

You will get training to learn the company's systems and then make the role your own, taking on projects to upgrade systems and functionality.

The company specialise in producing high tech manufacturing systems for a huge range of blue chip companies and are renowned for their innovative technology. It's a newly created role and a great time to join.

This would suit someone with a good IT background looking for variety and control of your career. You'll get excellent training to learn the job and then freedom to grow in the role.

The Role:

-Provide 1st Line IT Support, progress into 2nd/3rd line when you are trained

-Involved with project work on upgrades and expansion of infrastructure

-Take ownership of your development to increase your skills

The Person:

-Experienced in 1st line support

-Advantageous to have been involved in some projects as well as 1st line

-Qualification in IT
