This Assistant Quantity Surveyor vacancy is with reputable and well established house builder who are renowned for constructing new homes and neighbourhoods of lasting quality across the UK.

I am looking for a driven and passionate Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based out of my client's regional office located in Essex. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on a number of large residential projects based within this divisions remit.

Requirements for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position:

* Experience working on D&B projects, preferably residential.

* Main contractor or developer background.

* Minimum HND/HNC qualified.

* Ideally 2 years post qualification experience.

* Be able to thrive in a past paced environment.

* £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience).
