Our Central Government client based in London is currently recruiting for an Electronic Knowledge Management [eKM] Data Migration Analyst

Previous Experience: Migration of O365/NTFS/Google Drive/Sequel Server hosted data to SharePoint including generation of mapping existing metadata models to a target metadata model

Task: Generate a data migration plan for the migration of all of the client's knowledge management [KM} holdings from a variety of sources [open source and bespoke] to an eKM Team SharePoint site built largely on "classic view, this includes:

* Identify all legacy KM holdings across client

* Agreeing priority of KM to be migrated

* Establishing the priority of teams to transition to eKM ways of working

* Produce mapping of both untagged and tagged data to new eKM taxonomy from a variety of sources - Filesite [COTS with some bespoke tailoring], Document Management System [DMS - Based on COTS], O365, NTFS, Google Drive and SharePoint

* Assist in the process of gaining permission to transfer KM from client KM held on other government departments IT systems to eKM SharePoint

* Lead test migration activities including generation of test plans

* Resolving issues/problems during data migration

* Develop processes to automatically identify duplicates of KM pre and post migration and how to stop duplicates being migrated
