We are currently working with a client within the Financial services industry whom are looking for a Scrum Master to "Agile/Scrum Lead" their new development team in Bracknell. They have a large global application which attracts over 28 million users per year.

As Scrum Master / Agile coach you'll guide the team and company on how to use Agile practices, values and processes. Facilitating stand ups, scrum meetings, discussions, decision making and conflict resolution. Whilst analysing current agile state and working towards a fully Agile (or as close to) environment. Supporting and educating the Product Owner in terms of grooming and maintaining the product backlog. Providing support to the wider team and ensuring the process in place improve the design, build and delivery of solutions.

Key skills required:

* Certified Scrum Master with a strong knowledge of all the Scrum ceremonies and their values

* Experience being a Scrum Master for a Software Development/Engineering team (ideally with processes such as TDD/XP/BDD/ Continuous Integration/Testing/Delivery but not essential)

* Good skills around servant leadership, continuous improvement, situational awareness, conflict resolution and increasing transparency

Desirable:

* Agile coach certification

* Applicable knowledge of technologies such as .Net, Angular, React, RestAPI

* CI, CD tools - Jenkins, Antifactory, Octopus

* Knowledge of source control tools such as Git or SVN

Salary up to £65k along with benefits including a 10% bonus, flexible benefits and 23 days holiday.
