Airline Business Analyst - £50,000 - £60,000

This company has its main two offices in Heathrow and Nice, France and are continuing to grow year on year due to the influx in travel all-round the globe.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, Software Engineers and Quality Assurance to create high quality products and enhancements. The team will be working on a specific aspect of the check-in operating system utilized by circa 125 airlines. The project is looking to further evolve the departure control systems in place to continually improve passenger journeys through the airports.

Their main duties will be to

Analyze requirements; troubleshoot and investigate defects raised by their customers; and deliver clear and understandable documentation. You will be expected to contribute in the testing of the product for quality and resilience. As with all Business Analyst positions exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative working techniques and frameworks are a key element for the success of this role.

Some technical understanding od UML modelling and also travel industry knowledge would be highly beneficial.
