About our role: Following a promotion of a previous incumbent, we are looking to recruit an experienced support analyst with development skills to assist users and customers. The primary area you will be supporting is our suite of internal applications used by other employees of the business in order to help deliver our services to customers.

In addition to the internal applications and websites we have a number of external websites and data feeds that our customers and partners use.

Your focus: reporting to the Business Systems Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for

          Ensuring tickets are dealt with in a timely manner and within SLA requirements.

          Working with development and 3rd party vendors to pass over defects and reproducible issue replication steps.

          Liaise with key stakeholders include business users, testing and development teams.

Bring your experience:

          Problem solving - supporting in-house/bespoke applications

          Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL

          Source control experience

          Able to work with key project stakeholders in order to understand business requirements.
