I have an exciting opportunity within Buckinghamshire for a Senior Web Developer. The successful candidate will be working for a dynamic business, working closely alongside the management team in an agile environment enabling the candidate to have a major input into the development of the business.
The successful candidate should obtain a "can do" attitude, a strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple work streams simultaneously. You will need to be capable of working well in a team as well as independent or self-managed work. With the ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English. The role will require strong experience working with Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Aiding the development team with the development of the platform's customer-facing website and also the back-office website for staff to perform the necessary operational actions;
* Working to recognised design patterns.
* To adhere to agile / scrum practices and business processes.
Key Skills:
* C#
* OOP and design patterns
* NET - Web API and MVC
* HTML5 / CSS3
* TFS / CI and CD
* Unit testing / TDD
* Mocking frameworks (NSubstitute)
* JavaScript / JQuery
* Ideally: Angular 2 (Typescript)
* Source & Version control TFS
