3 x Technical Support Engineers - Network Engineers (Cisco)

We are looking for 3 Network Engineers / Technical Support Engineers to join a leading and multiple award winning service provider, to provide escalated technical support and get involved in project engineering work with a wide range of diverse clients, ranging from SME to Enterprise companies around the West Yorkshire region.

You should have knowledge of cisco network engineering, ideally possessing / working towards CCNA / CCNP level certifications or holding a degree in networking/a relevant subject. The company will support and fund relevant professional certifications and encourage personal development and progression up to CCIE level.

The day to day responsibilities and complexities of the job will be tailored dependant upon your current skills and experience, but the most important thing is to have the desire to learn new things and increase your technical expertise with a broad range of networking and security technologies. We're considering applicants from graduates through to more experienced engineers

Experience required (not all essential):

Proven experience of the following technologies within a Network Engineer / Technical Support role:

* TCP-IP

* Routing and switching

* IP Telephony

* Ethernet switching

* LAN and WAN

* Wireless networking

* IP Telephony

* IT Security and Firewall technologies

* Experience of service provider technologies such as MPLS and BGP would be ideal

* Any experience of Riverbed, Meraki Sourcefire, Cisco ASA would be beneficial
