Project Manager (financial services) / Birmingham / Up to £50,000 + car allowance + bonusA brand new Project Manager vacancy with a leading financial services organisation has recently opened up. They are currently looking for a Project Manager to join them and work on new company projects.This is a position with a prestigious company who are continuing their sustained growth in 2018. You will work closely with the Programme Manager to manage risks and deliver project on time and in budget. The projects will be business wide programmes of change within the company's portfolio.Your responsibilities will include:

Project Governance and Project Management

Leadership

Stakeholder Management

Managing expectations

Adapt approach in dealing with changing customers

Operating Model

Consider the best way to deliver project in the most efficient way

Communication

Keep on top of key communications with the organisation

The Project Manager will ideally have financial services experience but this is not mandatory.Experience required:

Prince2

Agile

Business Analysis experience (desirable)

Delivery experience

Risk assessment and management

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Budget control experience

Good IT standards and knowledge of IT platforms and technologies

Experience of managing programmes

Experience managing large-scale programmes

Matrix management
