IT Internship - Graduates Welcome

Our client is a successful holiday home provider with properties set in stunning locations throughout the UK, Ireland, France and Italy. Offering decades of expertise, their collections are carefully collated to match even the rarest of getaway whims. 

Now, they’re looking for an IT Intern to join their team on a 12 month contract, starting in early October 2018.

You’ll have the chance to work with various areas of the business, including product, owner acquisition, marketing and commercial, giving you key insight into how a successful property business operates.

What will I be doing? 

As an IT Intern, you’ll help to create reporting tools that will support day-to-day management and strategic planning activities. 

Under the guidance of a talented team. You’ll explore, create and circulate a new reporting suite which will enable our client to keep track of KPIs (key performance indicators), trends and forecasts. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Work with key stakeholders to ensure that reports meet their requirements 

- Distribute key reporting information to the Field Team 

- Help to develop the use of the CRM (customer relationship management) system 

- Carry out user acceptance testing on new technology 

- Write test scripts 

Sounds great! What do I need? 

- Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gained through your studies, a commercial environment or similar 

- Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of database SQL queries 

- Strong written and verbal communication skills 

- An analytical mindset
