Do you want to become part of a growing, award-winning retail technology company? It's their people that shape their future. They're looking for a quality driven, commercially aware Programme Manager to work at their client site to manage internal projects.

Where will you be working?

Your main base will be in their high profile retail client's Head Office based in Central London.

What will they ask you to do?

You will utilise the available resources at the clients, their approved vendors and the wider team. Your role will be to ensure all systems and services within scope of the programme are delivered in line with the business requirements of the client.

Every day is different. Having an overview of each new project, each service initiative and every new requirement will present different challenges and call for you to use the full range of your skills and experience.

Good communication skills are the primary attribute for a Programme Manager. You will be working daily with the client's senior team as well as managing the wider resources available across the company to deliver expected outcomes.

- Worked in a multi-channel and multi-site hospitality or retail environment, delivery IT related services and projects.

- Experience of delivering a large and complex POS replacement programme.

- Ability to manage client, vendor and programme stakeholder relationships.

- Managed a large project delivery team.

- Ability to form effective working relationships with junior, senior and Director level client personnel.

- Proven experience in dealing with negotiation, conflict and issue management.

- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
