Spring Technology's client based in Leamington Spa are looking for an Incident Manager to join on an on-going IT transformation project.

This will be an initial 6 month contract and the day rate will be paying £245.

** the successful candidate MUST have expert skills with MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities -

- Maintain the Incident Management System with up to date status as the metrics are used for executive level reporting.

- Report the status of incidents in daily, weekly and adhoc meetings

- Liaise between Application Engineers, IT and Software Development

- Accordingly prioritise software incidents using analytical, technical and problem solving skills to align with program objectives.

Essential Criteria -

- Specialist knowledge & experience with MS Excel

- Expert reporting skills

- Excellent communication skills

Desirable Criteria -

- Software Development lifecycle experience

- Knowledge or experience with 3D Design concepts (AutoCAD / Dassault Systemes' 3DExperience etc.)

- Prince2 or PMP
